Dipotassium phosphate : 1.00
Bromothymol Blue : 0.08
Agar : 20.00
Directions:
1. Add 29.18 gm powder to 1.0 liter distilled/deionized water and mix thoroughly.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Dispense into test tubes.
4. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
5. Allow the tubes to cool in a slanted position.
