Yeast extract : 3.00
Glucose : 5.00
Beef extract : 3.00
Malt extract : 3.00
Ascorbic acid : 0.20

Directions:
1. Add 34.20 gm powder to 1.0 liter distilled/deionized water and mix thoroughly.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Dispense into test tubes.
4. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
