Composition :

Directions :
1. Aseptically add to sterile cooled media at 40-45°C.
2. Mix well and dispense as desired.
3. Add 50 ml of urea solution in 950 ml media:
Urea Agar Base (88708, 42465,18339),
Urea Broth Base (97438),
Hemmes Medium Base (20852),
MIU Medium Base (16309),
Yersinia Identification Broth Base.
4. Add 25 ml of urea solution in 975 ml of media : Kohn Two Tube Medium No.1 Base.
