Description
10 bp DNA Ruler contains 13 individual double stranded, blunt – ended, linear DNA fragments, containing ~ 50% GC – rich sequences. The Ruler contains fragments of 40 bp, 60 bp and ranging from 100 bp – 200 bp with a 10 bp increment. The Ruler resolves well on 12 – 15% Native PAGE gel. The Ruler supplied is ideal for accurately sizing PCR products, DNA fingerprinting studies, etc. Bands of 100, 150 and 200 bp are spiked for easier detection.
Storage Conditions :
Supplied in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0) and 10 mM EDTA.
